We are the Team for Process Plant and Infrastructure Engineering and design.

We are a team of professionals based in Jakarta Indonesia, dedicated to engineering and design primarily in the sectors of mining, mineral and metals process plants and the associated infrastructure


Other industry sectors the team has experienced includes;  oil and gas, timber processing, pulp and paper, power generation and marine structures.


The multi-discipline team uses high end analysis applications and state of the art BIM based engineering applications to provide virtual planning and build of plant and structures for faster and more efficient construction processes. All designs are produced and checked against applicable local and international codes. 

Civil and Structural Concrete Engineering

Civil Engineering services include:

Site Development: We provide comprehensive site development services, including feasibility studies, site planning, grading, drainage, utilities design, and erosion control. We have expertise in both greenfield and brownfield development projects.


Transportation Engineering: We offer transportation engineering services, including haul, access and service roads, traffic studies and parking analysis. We have experience working with local, state and federal agencies.


Structural Engineering: We have a dedicated team of structural engineers who provide design, analysis, and inspection services for buildings, bridges, dams, foundations and other structures.


Environmental Engineering: Our environmental engineers provide environmental impact assessments, air and water quality monitoring and remediation, wetland and stream mitigation design, and stormwater management services.

Structural Steel Engineering

Structural Engineering: We have a dedicated team of structural engineers who provide design, static and dynamic analysis and inspection services for steel supporting structures and steel framed buildings.


The steel support geometry is first generated in the 3D Model for export to a structural analysis program.  After analysis the structure is imported back into the 3D Model for refinement and clash checking. 


The output can be shop fabrication drawings and/or files for CNC controlled fabrication.

Mechanical / Piping Engineering

Mechanical Engineering and Design: Our team of mechanical engineers and designers has expertise in designing and developing plant layouts, conveyor analysis, Discrete Element Modelling (DEM) of transfer chutes, tank, vessel and silo design, pump TDH calculations, piping networks, all using latest codes, software and tools.

Finite Element Analysis (FEA): We use FEA to analyze and evaluate the structural integrity and performance of mechanical and structural components and systems. Our experienced engineers use simulation software to provide reliable and accurate results.

Production of equipment specifications, data sheets, tender packs and bid analysis. Our team has knowledge of the latest minerals processing equipment and technologies, we use this knowledge to select and size the right equipment for the project's specific needs, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Installation Inspection and support:  Provide support services to ensure that our clients equipment is installed and tested to meet performance specifications, thus producing high-quality products cost-effectively.

Electrical and Controls.

Electrical - Electrical engineering design and calculations for electrical generation, reticulation and distribution, earthing and lightning protection studies. Includes single line diagrams, cable schedules, equipment lists, standard detail drawings and general arrangements. Provide tender documentation of electrical equipment. 

Instrumentation and Controls - Engineering and design of instrumentation and control system including; instrument lists, location drawings, cable schedules, plant communications and control system block diagrams. Preparation of instrument and controls tender documentation.
SCADA Configuration.

3D BIM Based Modelling

Plant Design and 3D BIM based multi-discipline model development of the plant, including final topography, concrete, equipment, steel work, piping and cable trays/ladder. This 3D model is developed with progressive multi-discipline interface and clash checking. 

Deliverables will include; Multi-discipline general arrangements, buried services drawings, steel shop drawings and Material Take Offs (MTO) which are directly taken from the 3D Model.                                                                                     
The 3D design model allows clients to review their projects in real-time and makes informed decisions throughout the design process.
In addition, a 3D Visualization fly-though model (with or without animation) can be provided using state-of-the-art 3D visualization software to create a useful tool for the Clients own presentations. 

Engineering and Design Management

From conceptual design to implementation, we manage every aspect of our clients' projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. Our project management process includes detailed planning, risk management and ongoing communication with our clients. 


Safety and Environmental Compliance: Safety and environmental compliance are always at the forefront of our design and implementation processes. We work closely with our clients to ensure all projects meet or exceed regulatory requirements, while maintaining the highest levels of safety for workers and the environment.

Undertake design reviews at suitable stages to identify issues including; safety in design, constructability, maintenance and operability. The design process may also include attendance at a Hazard and Operability study when the P&IDs are suitably mature. 

Identify value engineering solutions through ongoing communication and formal Value engineering studies.


Construction Management

We support construction management services, including tender and bid evaluation, permitting, scheduling, quality control, contract administration, and safety management.

Summary

PT Windsor Emas Satu (WES) was born out of the covid lockdown era with a team of professionals previously integrated on years of projects from various industries although predominantly minerals and metals. We provide multi-discipline engineering and design services utilising staff and local consultants to provide cost effective and innovated solutions for both local and international Clients. 

From Concept Studies, Feasibility Studies through to Detail Engineering and Construction documentation, our team of professionals have the skills and experience to meet the Clients requirements and expectations.

Portfolio - Pre-construction design

Ore and Aggregate Crushing
​This process area would typically include ROM, Grizzly, Apron Feeder, Primary Crusher, Feeder Conveyor, Screening, secondary crushing Screening and Secondary, Tertiary (as required} Crushing, Mill Conveyor, Stacking and Emergency Reclaim.


Grinding

Typically, the Grinding circuit may include ball mill and/or SAG mill. Ball Mill, Cyclone Feed Pumps, Cyclones (in an open or closed circuit), scats handling. A Gravity circuit may also be included in this process area.

Adsorption Circuit
This process area may include leach tanks, CIC (Carbon in Column) CIL (Carbon in Leach), or CIP (Carbon in Pulp) processes.

​As part of this process area, carbon transfer, carbon sizing screen, carbon safety screen maybe included. 


Elution and Regeneration

This process area includes; carbon dewatering screen, acid wash column, elution column, elution heater, regeneration kiln with carbon hopper, quench tank and fresh carbon handling.


The elution circuit is typically provided in a modular form for shorter installation duration and economical structures.

Goldroom Area

The gold room includes electrowinning cells, filter press, oven, baring furnace, scales vault and safe etc.
​The gold room may be provided in modular form for an economical design and providing a shorter installation period.


Process and Utility Piping

Local or international specifications are selected and the piping run in the 3D Piping Model. Line by line is checked against the red lined P&IDs. After clash check and resolution, General Arrangements, Isometrics and Bills of Materials are downloaded for final check, review and issue.

Tanks, Hoppers and Chutes
Fuel Tanks are designed to API 650, Transfer chute trajectories and wear areas are analysed with DEM software. Silos designed to international codes as the project requires, while hoppers are subject to structural analysis and FEA where appropriate.


Infrastructure

Infrastructure is a broad term for structures and facilities required for project operations, e.g. camp/village, workshop, warehouse, administration and medical buildings, B3 waste storage, power supply, roads. water, fuel services and communications.
