Listen

Engineering and Design

Our engineering methodology is built on 3D model-driven design.

All disciplines contribute to a unified 3D model, establishing geometry and spatial relationships across the project.

Once geometry is set, files are transferred into specialized programs for final design validation. Results are then fed back into the model to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Rigorous clash checking and multidisciplinary reviews are performed to eliminate conflicts before construction.

Management

Throughout the design process, clients are kept fully informed on progress, issues, and productivity.

Updated 3D review models are issued regularly, enabling formal technical and progress reviews with stakeholders.

Routine coordination meetings ensure alignment and early resolution of technical or scheduling concerns.

Formal monthly progress reports provide transparent documentation of milestones, productivity metrics, and outstanding actions.

This structured communication framework ensures that stakeholders remain engaged, informed, and confident in project delivery.

Deliver

Once final deliverables are generated, they are checked against specifications and standards before validation by senior engineers prior to release.

This workflow ensures efficiency, accuracy, and compliance while reducing rework and accelerating construction timelines.

Depending on the scope of work, deliverables may include PFDs, P&IDs, general arrangements, detail drawings, fabrication drawings, Bills of quantities, procurement and construction documentation, OPEX, and CAPEX.
