We understand Clients have their own desired outcomes. One of our strengths is to listen, document and achieve stake holders expectations.
Engineer and Design
Our methodology is to provide layouts and details though a 3D Model. When the geometry of the various disciplines has been established, then the files are transferred to analysis programs for final design and input back into the Model. After clash checking and review, deliverables are downloaded for checking.
Management
Throughout the design process, the Client is kept informed on progress, issues and productivity. Updated 3D review models are issued regularly for formal technical and progress reviews.
Deliver
Once the 3D Model is checked and approved, the various deliverables are downloaded annotated, checked, signed off and issued. Depending on the scope of work, deliverables may include, P&ID's, General Arrangements, Detail Drawings, Fabrication Drawings, Bills of Quantities, Procurement documentation and CAPEX.
